CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Freestyle Step & Step 30

A 55 minute or 30 minute freestyle cardiovascular class using step. Suitable for intermediate to advanced participants. Includes muscle conditioning.

Cardio Blitz

A 50 minute freestyle cardio class that involves interval training and some strength training. NO CO-ORDINATION NEEDED as it does not involve the typical "aerobic" style moves, great for all levels! Every week is a new challenge.

Body Pump

A 55 minute pre-coreographed weight resistance training class to music. Will help to produce definition and tone in your body. Suitable for all levels.

Step N Tone

A 60 minute class with 30 minutes of hips, bum and abdominals to tone and strengthen your core muscles, back and glutes. Then 30 minutes of freestyle cardiovascular exercise using step. Suitable for intermediate to advanced. Includes muscle conditioning.

Body Balance

A 55 minute class to tone, strengthen and lengthen your muscles whilst gaining flexibility and reducing stress. A pre-coreographed class set to music. Based on Tai Chi, Pilates and Power Yoga.

HBA

A 30 minute hips, bum and abdominals class. Tone and strengthen your core muscles, back and glutes.

Newbody

A 55 minute class designed to help get you in the fat burning zone while toning and strengthening your major muscle groups. Some basic cardiovascular exercise using hand weights, lackys and fitballs. No co-ordination needed. Suitable for beginner to advanced.

Afterburn

A 55 minute class combining cardio and strength in an ever changing format. Adaptable for all fitness levels and abilities this class will have you burning fat during and after your workout using a variety of equipment including steps, free weights and adjustable barbells. The ultimate fat burning, body shaping and strength class.

HIIT

Combines traditional bodyweight high intensity exercise with low intensity recovery periods. Suitable for all fitness levels. Great for burning fat, improving fitness, strength and metabolism.

Crosstrainer

A 60 minute hi-lo class that combines traditional low impact moves with higher impact strength training movements to create a comprehensive fitness routine. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Fatblaster

A 60 minute class involving half an hour of HBA (hips, bums & abs) and half an hour of cardio performed on the floor.

Metafit

A high intesity workout incorporating a series of bodyweight excercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is completed.

TABATA

This 30 minute class consists of 8 rounds of high intensity exercises in a specific 20 seconds on 10 seconds off interval. It takes 4 minutes to complete one TABATA circuit.
